This page explains what Marrakech Atlas does with the information you send us through this website. In short, we use it to answer you and to organise your tour, and for nothing else.

Who we are
Marrakech Atlas organises day tours from Marrakech. We decide how your details are used, so we are responsible for them.
What we collect
Only what you type into our forms: your name, email address, travel dates, number of guests, the hotel or riad for pickup, and any message you choose to write. If you ask for the free guide, we collect your email address.
Why we use it
To reply to your request, confirm your booking, arrange your pickup and run your tour. If you asked for the free guide, to send it to you, and to send occasional Morocco notes that you can stop at any time.
Payments
This website never asks for card numbers or other payment details. You pay your guide on the day.
Who sees your details
Your request travels over an encrypted connection through a form service to our email inbox. Your name, pickup place and number of guests are shared with your guide and driver so that they can collect you. We do not sell your details and we do not use them for advertising.
Cookies and similar storage
This website does not use advertising cookies. Your browser may keep small preferences on your device, such as the tours you saved with the heart button. We use privacy friendly statistics that count visits without following you across other websites.
How long we keep your details
We keep booking emails for as long as we need them to run your tour and answer later questions, and for as long as the law requires for business records. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you, or stop receiving our emails, by writing to us. If you live in the European Union you can also complain to your national data protection authority.
