Plans change. You can cancel or change your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the start of your tour.

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before
You pay nothing in advance, so there is nothing to refund. Cancel at least 24 hours before the start time and there is nothing to pay.
How to cancel
Reply to your confirmation email, or write to us with your name, the tour and the date. We confirm your cancellation by email.
Less than 24 hours before the start
Your guide and vehicle are arranged in advance. Please write to us as soon as you can and we will do what we can to help, for example by looking for another date.
If we cancel
If we have to cancel a tour, for example for weather or safety reasons, you are not charged. For the hot air balloon, we offer a new date or a full refund.
Changing your date or group size
You can ask us by email to move your booking to another date or to change the number of guests, depending on availability.
