Terms and conditions
These terms explain how booking a tour with Marrakech Atlas works. They are written to be read, so we keep them short.

Booking requests
A booking on this website is a request. It is confirmed only when we reply by email with your date, pickup time and meeting place.
Prices
Prices are in euro and are shown per person, or per buggy where stated. The price for children is shown on each tour page. The total shown in the booking form is the price we confirm in our reply.
Payment
There is no deposit and no online payment. You pay your guide on the day, in euro or dirham, when the tour begins.
Cancellation
You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the start of your tour.
Ways to join a tour
Most tours can be joined in three ways: as a Community Shuttle with a larger shared group of 40 or more participants, as a Small Group Experience of 6 to 20 guests depending on the tour, or as a Premium Private Experience for your party only. What is included and excluded is listed on each tour page.
What we ask of guests
Please give us accurate details, including the number of guests and the ages of children. Tell us about mobility, food or health needs that affect the day, so that we can advise you honestly. Some tours are not suitable for small children, pregnant women or people with reduced mobility, and this is stated on the tour page.
Weather and safety
Some activities, such as the hot air balloon flight, depend on weather and visibility. If we cancel for weather or safety reasons, you get a new date or a full refund.
Questions and complaints
If something is not right, tell your guide on the day and write to us afterwards. We read every message and reply, usually the same day.
